How To Revoke User Access
This article provides step-by-step instructions on revoking manager & staff access.
- Navigate to 'Business Settings' located on the left-hand side, then click on 'Users.' From this section, you will be able to select 'Managers.'

- Click on Archive📁 next to the manager you wish to remove. This action will remove their access to the back-end portal and disable their unique PIN code on the EPOS applications.

Click OK to confirm and complete this action.
- If you need to restore their access in the future, go to Archived tab.

- Click on Unarchive 📂 next to the manager you wish to restore. Click OK to confirm and complete this action.

Navigate back to the Users section, then click on Staff.

- Click on Archive 📁 next to the staff member you wish to remove. This action will remove their access to the back-end portal and disable their unique PIN code on the EPOS applications.

Click OK to confirm the action.
- If you need to restore their access in the future, go to Archived tab.

- Click on Unarchive 📂 next to the staff member you wish to restore. Click OK to confirm the action.
