How To Revoke User Access

This article provides step-by-step instructions on revoking manager & staff access.

  1. Navigate to 'Business Settings' located on the left-hand side, then click on 'Users.' From this section, you will be able to select 'Managers.'



  2. Click on Archive📁 next to the manager you wish to remove. This action will remove their access to the back-end portal and disable their unique PIN code on the EPOS applications.



    Click OK to confirm and complete this action.

  3. If you need to restore their access in the future, go to Archived tab.

  4. Click on Unarchive 📂 next to the manager you wish to restore. Click OK to confirm and complete this action.

  5. Navigate back to the Users section, then click on Staff.

  6. Click on Archive 📁  next to the staff member you wish to remove. This action will remove their access to the back-end portal and disable their unique PIN code on the EPOS applications.



    Click OK to confirm the action.

  7. If you need to restore their access in the future, go to Archived tab.

  8. Click on Unarchive 📂 next to the staff member you wish to restore. Click OK to confirm the action.
