How Do I Identify Which Transactions Are Included In A Payout?

This guide will show you how can identify the transactions paid to you in a payout CSV file.

To learn how to download the payout, click here.

  1. Once you have filtered the dates (see point 5 of the guide linked above on how to filter dates) and downloaded the payout report, you can match payouts to the correct transaction dates. For example, if you received a payout on the 16th and you are on a T+2 schedule, you should review and filter dates for transactions from the 13th–15th in your report.
  2. Next, you can identify which transactions are included in each payout by confirming whether you are on a T+1 or T+2 schedule. To check which payout schedule you are on:
    1. Go to Business Settings -> Merchant ID from the left navigation bar on the backend portal, then click the pencil icon in the Balance Account column.

    2. Under the payout schedule, you’ll be able to see whether you’re on a T+1 or T+2 schedule.
Based on this information you can determine which transactions are included in each payout from the downloaded file.
