How to create an Admin on the backend portal
This guide will help show you step by step on how to create Admin on backend portal
Only an existing Admin user can create a new admin user.
1. Log in to the new NOQ backend portal.
2. From the sidebar, navigate to User Management > Admins. Click + Create Admin to add a new admin user.

3. Enter the following details :

Email address – The new admin’s email address. This will be used as their login for the portal.

Phone number – The admin’s phone number (optional).

First name – The admin’s first name.

Last name – The admin’s last name (optional).

PIN – A 4-digit PIN for the admin. You can either enter a PIN manually or click Generate PIN to let the system create one. The PIN is optional and is only required for access the EPOS app or merch app.
- Once all required details are entered, click Create Admin to add the new admin user.

⚠️Be careful while creating Admin user as it can give full access to the business.
