How To Login To The NOQ Insights App
This guide will show you how to log in to the NOQ Insights app.
1. Download the NOQ Insights app. To download it from the Google Play Store, Click Here. To download it from the Apple App Store, Click Here.
2. Open the NOQ Insights app. On the login screen, enter your email address and select Continue.

3. A one-time passcode will be sent to your email address. Enter the passcode you receive, then click Continue. If you do not receive a passcode, click Resend Passcode. To use a different email address, click Change email address.

4. If you are assigned to multiple businesses, you will see a screen prompting you to choose a business. Select the business you want to continue with. If you are assigned to only one business, you will be taken directly to the report page.

5. If you want to change business you can go to sidebar by clicking on three horizontal line on the top left corner. From the sidebar, click on Switch Business.


Not receiving the passcode by email? Start by checking your email’s spam or junk folder.
You may not yet be added to the system. Please ask your Admin to add you as a manager and grant you access to NOQ Insights.
If you do receive a passcode but see an error stating that you do not have a role assigned to access this business, this means you have been added as a manager on the backend but have not been given access to NOQ Insights. In this case, contact your Admin to update your access.
