How To Regenerate A Staff Or Manager Pin Code

This guide will show you how to regenerate a staff or manager PIN code.

1. Log in to the NOQ Portal.

2.From the sidebar, go to Business Settings ⚙️ > Users.

3.  Click on Managers to view the full list of managers.

4. Click the Pen 🖊️ icon next to the manager whose PIN you want to regenerate.

5. Click Generate PIN to create a new PIN code, then click Save to apply the changes.

6. Navigate back to the Users section, then click on Staff.

7. Click the Pen 🖊️ icon next to the staff whose PIN you want to regenerate.

8. Click Generate PIN to create a new PIN code, then click Save Staff to apply the changes.

Note:

  • Once the new PIN is generated, please log in to the EPOS app using that PIN. It should allow you to access the system. If you experience any issues, please contact us here.
