My Cash Drawer Won't Open Even Though It Is Connected
This guide will show you what can you do if the cash drawer wont open even thought it is connected.
If your cash drawer is not opening, try the troubleshooting steps below:

Inspect the cash drawer hardware: Confirm the cash drawer is firmly connected to the terminal.

Make sure the ethernet cable is securely plugged in and not damaged or broken.
- Restart and network check: Restart the terminal to clear any temporary issues. Check that the terminal is properly connected to the network and that there are no network outages.
