Table Specific QR Codes

This guide will show you how to generate table specific QR codes for your guest to scan and order directly to the table they are sat at. These table specific QR codes can be created for a singular store or a multi vendor site. 

1. Access the NOQ Portal and go into the sites section 

  • Log into the NOQ Backend Portal.
  • Navigate to Sites > Edit > Set Service Types.

To set this up for your store navigate to Stores > Edit > Set Service types 

2. Within the service type section and you have selected 'Onsite Delivery' you can select 'Onsite Delivery Settings'. 

3. As well as setting your onsite delivery setting, this is is section to generate your table specific QR codes. 

4. Select 'Create manually - Customer Selects' and then 'Enable QR Codes for this Location'. 

5. Select your selection text and the range of table numbers within your site. - You can then download the QR code files directly to your computer—each file is clearly labeled with its corresponding table number, making it simple to print and display on the appropriate tables.

6. Once your customers scan the QR code the table number will be automatically populated.

 

Using table specific QR codes means you don't need to worry about customers inserting the wrong table number and their orders can arrive to them with no delays!
