What Should I Do If I Updated Bank Details But Payouts Still Go To The Old Account?

This guide will show you what you can do if the payouts are still going to your old bank account.

1. Once the new bank account is setup by you and approved by Adyen, it will appear in your business settings under Merchant ID to set the balance account. To learn more on how to:

2. Next, go to Store > Financial setup, select the new Account ID, then select the relevant Balance account and click Create store ID. This will generate a new store ID with your updated bank details. Finally, click Save financial details.

3. When you click Save financial details, a new Store ID will be generated. Please contact us with this new Store ID and we will assign it to your terminal.

Even after reassigning the terminal with new Store ID, if your payouts are still being sent to your old bank account, please contact our support team.
