If your terminal keeps restarting or won’t power on at all, follow the troubleshooting steps below:
- Place the terminal on charge and allow it to power up fully and then power on again.
- Make sure cable is working fine and it is not heated. If yes, contact us here.
- Make sure the terminal is not heated. If yes, contact us and we will send you as replacement of the terminal.
