Why Are Items Missing From Online Ordering But Visible On The EPOS?

This guide will show you why are items missing from online ordering but visible on the EPOS.

  • If you’ve set up stock management:
    • Added stock counts for your products, any items with no remaining stock will automatically be hidden from the online ordering channels.
    • However, they will still be visible on the EPOS so that staff can sell any final remaining units they may physically have on hand.

If you need to correct or update your stock levels — including entering a backdated stock count (for example, after completing a stocktake or recording a late delivery) — you can do this directly from the Stock Management section.
