When you have traded with us and review your sales report, either in the Insights app or in the backend portal, and notice that sales report look different from expected total, please check the following:

It could be because there were a few commission splits and chargebacks deducted by the client, which you can check in your invoice report by downloading and reviewing all the deductions.
- There could also be a few refunds, tips, or discounts, which you can see in your sales report.
- There may also be a card fee charge deducted by NOQ.
