What Do I Do If A Payout Is Delayed, Or Lower Than Expected?

This guide will show you what can you do if your payout is missed, delayed or lower that expected.

Before contacting us, there are a few things you can check yourself:

If your payout is delayed:

  1.  First confirm which payout schedule you are on. You can follow point 2 in this guide here.

  3. After confirming your payout schedule and reviewing how it works, if you still believe your payout is delayed, please contact us here.

If your payout is lower than expected:

  1. Review your commissions and deductions (how to do that here). 

  2. Be sure to also review refunds and tips in your sales summary (how to do that click here).

  3. After accounting for these, if you still feel your payout is lower than expected, please contact us.
