What should I do if a transaction is blocked by a max cap or limit?
In this guide you will learn what to do if a transaction is blocked by a maximum cap or limit on an offline transaction
If you are trading offline with us and have set one of the following and want to increase/decrease-
- Maximum transaction Cap (for example, a £500 per-transaction limit), the app will not allow you to process any single transaction above that limit while in offline mode. This is because there is an increased risk associated with processing payments without a live network connection.
- Overall offline payment cap (for example, a total offline limit of £10,000), once your cumulative offline takings reach this threshold, the system will stop accepting further offline transactions until you are back online and your device has successfully synced.
